HTceramix currently looks for several profiles to strengthen it's Fuel Cell development activities. The focus is on Fuel Cell stack and system prototyping, in a perspective of close collaboration with the Trento/Italy based mother company SOFCpower.
All of the following positions are based in Yverdon, once per month travel to Italy is expected. All positions require at least passive English understanding, for senior positions fluent English orally and in written.
- Ingénieur Mécanicien HES/ES
o EConception CAO et réalisation d'outils de production et de banc test travaillant à haute température
o Recherche et Identification de nouveaux fournisseurs
o Suivi de l'outsourcing de travaux
o Installation et maitenance de stand tests
o Travaux à l'atélier mécanique - petites pièces et ajustements
o Documentation du travail (dessins et rapports)
o Usage courant d'outils CAO (Solidworks, Autocad)
o Bonne connaissance des matériaux et des techniques d'usinage et d'assemblage
o Connaissance des métaux et céramiques réfractaires
o Connaissance en pneumatique, hydraulique et électricité un plus
o Intérêt pour se former dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire
o Travail de manière autonome et proactive
o Intégration dans une équipe et un environnement dynamique et flexible
o Connaissance de bases en anglais requises, en italien un plus
Technical team leader
o Engineer or equivalent degree in energy related field
o Seniority
o Experience in leading technical teams (ideally on more than one site)
o Experience in customer oriented product development
o Ability and will to take on also non-technical issues, motivation, communication
o Emphasis is given on leadership and organisational skills
o Lead the team
o Organise site, infrastructure and processes
o Coordinate development activities with mother company
o Interface with partners and customers
o Participate in establishing new cooperation and projects
Good English skills both orally and in written required, as well as French for daily communication. Any additional European language is of value.
